They were extremely responsive, answered all of my questions, sent pictures because I hadn't been able to see the space, and made sure I looked at everything before they took my deposit to make sure I was happy with everything. That double-booking was the best thing that could have happened to us! Working with Monika and Megan was so great.
I emailed everyone I could possibly find and TCC was one of the few places available for our date. Our original venue double-booked and I urgently needed to book a new venue while being out of province. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about the Terminal City Club!
